Verzuz officially announced its June lineup this past Wednesday. Former teen rappers Bow Wow and Soulja Boy will face off on June 16th. This will be followed by the first female rap Verzuz battle between Eve and Trina on June 26th. Included in the announcement was a mystery battle in partnership with the Essence Festival. 

Bow Wow and Soulja Boy have been going back and forth on social media leading up to the battle being made official. People have questioned if Eve and Trina were an appropriate match-up, citing their musical differences.
