Rapper Black Rob, famous for his Billboard hit "Whoa" has been hospitalized. The stay has been speculated to be connected to issues involving his kidneys. Rob made a video to show support for fellow Hip Hop artist DMX, prior to his passing on April 9th. Fans immediately noticed his fragile state and became alarmed.
Black Rob was a staple in early 2000's rap. Known for his lyrical ability and raspy tone he got picked up by the majors. Signed to P. Diddy's Bad Boy records, he shined his star power on both hit singles for himself and others. These songs where instrumental to keeping East Coast Hip Hop alive in a southern dominated era.
Rob has sent out a second video. This time sharing in more detail some of his ailments. He states "I've been dealing with this for five years, four strokes... I don't have no house to live in..." Rob contiues with "I need some rest. I don't want to talk about it no more man."
