Just a week after sharing his thoughts on Beyonce's singing and subsequently being drug by the Bey-hive, Miami rap legend Trick Daddy has released the audio version of his 2010 memoir. The memoir, titled Magic City: Trials Of A Native Son, was co-written by Peter Bailey, a former Miami Herald staff writer, who also narrates the audiobook.
The book tells the story of Trick Daddy, real name Maurice Young, and chronicles his rise to fame. The memoir also tells the history of the city of Miami, giving his thoughts on the hip-hop scene and the crime and racism of the city he called home for most of his life.
