The Isley Brothers have returned. This time coming off the heels of a classic VERZUZ battle against another legendary band, Earth Wind & Fire. Their next concert to conquer was none other than " NPR Tiny Desk" concerts. Known for live performances from the hottest soulful artists out. NPR's Tiny Desk may have outdone themselves this time. Ronald and Ernie dazzled as they ran through a medley of their biggest hits. They quickly reminded us of their iconic stature in the history of music.
The Isley Brothers are an American musical group originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, that started as a vocal trio consisting of brothers O'Kelly Isley Jr., Rudolph Isley and Ronald Isley in the 1950s. They have certainly stood the test of time. Releasing music or performing timeless records that span around six (yes 6) plus decades. It's clear their music may very well outlast all of us.
