Nasty NAS is hitting fans with a gift this week as he releases King’s Disease II this Friday, August 6. The sequel to last year’s Grammy Award winning King’s Disease, is again produced by Hit-Boy. The project’s tracklist was just released and boasts a number of interesting features. Some notable guests include Eminem, EPMD, Charlie Wilson and Ms. Lauryn Hill. This will mark a reunion of sorts for NAS and Lauren Hill as they previously collaborated together on NAS’s “If I Ruled the World” from his 1996 album, It Was Written. The project will mark the first time that NAS and Eminem have been on a track together.
This will be the Queens MC’s 13th studio album and will have some big shoes to fill as many believe the first King’s Disease was one of the best NAS releases in his catalogue. The 2020 album debuted at #5 on the Billboard 200 and as mentioned earlier in this article, earned NAS his first Grammy. It looks like Escobar season is amongst us once again. Are you ready for it?
